The delivery time for INSTANT servers is several hours if the order is made during business hours. The time for issuing CUSTOM or GPU servers is up to 24 hours, depending on the current load on the data center engineers.

RDS licenses are installed only on licensed Windows and allow you to increase the number of simultaneous connections.
